Tasks:
– To organize Conference of partners for Buderus company
– To present the key idea of the event: challenges of nowadays and future (technological, business, professional). How to prepare to survive in the future. To accent the attention of partners on changes in the world and challenge which companies face in Ukraine. To give recommendations to management, how to act in unstable and complicated economic environment.
– To develop and produce Welcome-Pack.
– Organize Welcome-show before the presentation.
– Offer business speakers which can present the topic.
– Think over a program and organize banquet and evening program. In the program you need to show the negotiation of all challenges/
Results:
– The main aim is achieved: guests-partners mentioned that questions were taken up, on which they didn’t think over. Speakers: Andrei Dligach and Tetiana Petruha got questions after their reports and presented the basic topic correctly. After the conference, there was a banquet, where guests expressed their impressions.
– The conception of the talk show “Challenges of the future” was offered and realized. Instead of traditional presentations, when speaker tell and spectators listen, we realized the format of TV show. All conference participants: partners, employees of the company, invited speakers became the participants and heroes in the talk-show shooting. During the event the videos which were made earlier during the event, were shown. The questions about future, decisions, work of executive manager of the future were asked. Videos were shown after speakers’ presentations, when the main information was delivered to guests. This was needed for guests understanding and overestimating of their positions.
– All desired about program of the conference and banquet part were executed.
