Trendy event for VENTS Company

It was a trendy event the aim of which was to gather the key clients of the company and to create favorable atmosphere for the rest after a busy week and to present new products to the guests in the format of relaxed atmosphere.
Tasks which were realized by Agency:
– we selected the appropriate location;
– we developed the conception which corresponds to the values and the goals of the company, thought over and organized appropriate filling of the program;
– we created favorable conditions for rest and communication of the clients and the workers of the company;
– we presented new products of the company as a part of the event in certain zone of installation;
– we made the cocktail dinner of the event instead of traditional banquet on the event.

Results:

– clients found out more about company products, got answers on their questions in the format of lively dialogues with company specialists;
– holding of corresponding events for Vents Professional Hub is planned with the aim to form the clients confidence to the company and its products.

Це був модний захід, метою якого було зібрати ключових клієнтів компанії та створити сприятливу атмосферу для відпочинку після насиченого тижня та презентувати гостям новинки у форматі невимушеної атмосфери.
