It was two days annual conference and gala dinner for Syngenta company in the conception “The Art to Create”.
Tasks which were realized by Agency:
– We created the unique atmosphere for all participants, we made the event memorable;
– We filled the event with entertainment program in the breaks between speakers’ speeches;
– We carried out the final evening part with interactive activities;
– We developed photo zones of the event.
Results:
– 230 participants;
– The shaping of the conference was memorized by participants very much (registration zone, projections on hall walls);
– A big resonance made a photo zone, there were a lot of posts about the event in the networks.
