It is the collaborative project with Ideas First Company. Two days event.
Tasks which were realized by Agency:
– We created emotional influence on the participants as a part of the basic idea of the event;
– Harmonically connected the creative conception with the event program;
– As a part of the conception we developed the content and realized the outstanding
start (it was the symbol of restart) and the effective final of the event in the style of famous world coaches;
– We developed the creative decision of the speakers’ presentation moderation and made interesting pauses between speeches (flying remotely piloted aircraft with funny notes in news ticker, the activities organizer as a meme of recent Tesla flight to the space;
– Photo zone with 3D photos BulletTime (we made more than 500 photos) and interactive zones along the territory;
– Entertainments on the territory with activities organizers.
Results:
– 800 participants;
– 750 active participants of Telegram mobile application;
– Positive feedbacks.
