A great celebration of 130 th birthday of Dneprovskiy metallurgical combine

Tasks:
– To create and organize 2 extensive events which were carried out during 2 days which were dedicated to celebration of 130 th birthday of Dneprovskiy metallurgical combine.
– To create a conception, which will be festive and celebratory and at the same time easy and understandable for all employees of the plant. Also the conception should hide defects of location, which is the only one in the city and which can house the needed quantity of guests.
– To carry out the festive employees awarding, which should be the part of the show-program.
– To emphasize that the main thing for the combine and executive management is people who work at the plant.
– To tell about combine work renewal with new powers.
– To show the importance of the cooperation of a human and technologies.
– To increase the loyalty of combine employees.
– To motivate all guests for future work and to show that only good things wait for us in the future.
– To carry out the mass celebration of 130 th birthday of Dneprovskiy metallurgical combine for citizens on the main square (more than 1000 people).
– To show the concernment of the combine work for city well-being and economics of the country and to increase the loyalty of citizens.
– To share the happiness of this important day.
Results:
– The agency offered and developed a conception Success Symphony, which at the same time showed the solemnity of the event and also the importance of technology and people cooperation.
– The concert program was opened by orchestra which was conducted by robotized hand of Cook without conductor interference and then Cook and live conductor worked together.

– The second day of the event was held in the format of festival on the main square of the city.
– The outstanding schtick of the event was a grandiose mapping on the wall of the House of Children’s Crafts which presented the importance of metallurgical industry from the human genesis to nowadays and its influence on city and country development.
